There are. Sadly some schmuck released some hogs onto the gamelands. TX is more fun for hogs as there are a lot more. I've hunted them in NC out towards the coast and saw signs for days just no hogs. Their population has been controlled decent so far due to NC being fairly proactive about hunting them.

I just wish land owners would be kinder. I don't want to pay to hunt what tears their land up. But I do get making a buck or two.
And I have watched the YouTube helicopter hunts.
    ...just bacon.

Depends on how comfortable I am and position. I do both but also cursive “e” as well. These do have some transitions but you can pour some serious heat into them and you are upright on a table and not upside down under your truck.

The one we looked at was gonna be a full fledged slough most days of the year. Still hope something else will pop up

and as far as pigs. They are fun to hunt but I’m warning you guys.. one sow can have 42 babies a year.. the population gets out of hand quick. Ask me how I know.

skip, let’s try to plan something at the end of 21. I’d love to have you down. Buddy that lives on my land is about to kick off a 501(c) for disabled vets hunting my land. He’s also a DV so he’s stoked on it. Could use the publicity so having someone out I could film and put on a website would be good

Lets do it!!!!! If you don't mind I'll try and reach out to a couple of guys as well vets. I think we better start buying more ammo!!!

I know all too well about the rabbit situation that hogs can do. I'm hoping that NC continues to be proactive with controlling populations but with city limits expanding, less hunters continuing the tradition, social stigmas, and political attacks I don't forsee it ending well. I could care less about the $$$$ lost in farming and what not the environmental, habitat, and native species damages they do are devastating enough.

Look up “30-50 ferel hogs” by reply-all

its a podcast. Done by a yuppie from California. But, he does an amazing job explaining the epidemic. It’s definitely eye opening.

If I remember correctly he said there’s approx 7mil ferel pigs in TX. Texans kill approx 2-3 mil per year and would have to increase that by 70% to keep the population at its current level. Mind blowing

Also, I’d be down with bringing a crew but they have to be serious hunters. More than 3-4 people hunting at the same time on my property will put a decent amount of pressure. So to do it, everyone is gonna have to know how to hunt and how to be scent proof, etc

Oh the guys I would contact love this shit!!!!! You know I use to be all super crazy about the sent proofing thing. As I spent more time out just kicking it in nature the more I noticed that as long as you weren't super crazy scented up with cologne or super smelly laundry detergent animals didn't really care very much. I don't use scented detergent anyways because of skin issues but as far as all that big dollar hunter advertised scent blocker stuff I didn't really notice any difference. Attractants I noticed differences. But if you suggest something for the hogs I'll take your word for it.

Pigs don’t need much attractants. They just need corn and to get them into a routine of coming to eat

Looking to see if anyone may have an extra power outlet cover (in the bed) that I can purchase? I lent my dad the truck for a Cosco run and some how he figured out how to snap the cover off with all his packages of water lol, thanks in advance

Worth checking out for 13 weeks? Lol i've been to Raleigh but never to Fayetteville. Would be working at the hospital there. Looks like a military town but that's all i can really tell! Believe i've heard the hospital there is quite busy.

I lived there for a few years before going to school in Boone, and now I'm in Raleigh. Worth checking out, I'm sure to some; worth avoiding, nah it's an ok place.

Doesn't seem to be a lot of Tacoma action down there except kids with squatted trucks.
