    I think it’s good for scoped rifles shooting long distance. All mine are set up for home and property defense. If I have to shoot long range, I’ll grab a bolt gun.

    Same crap everyone else got
    Yeah, I've always wanted to build a bolt gun for long range. Maybe even a Rem 700 budget build just to have something. As far as my AR's go, they are like yours and will just continue to be fed the normal 55gr diet they always have had.

    All my bolt guns are my deer rifles. A Browning and a Savage. Nothing fancy, but they do the job well and I can bust clay pigeons at 400 yards with them. Good enough for me.
