Just make it a HR policy like wearing shoes. Easy to enforce.

 

With how it's affected the world every court would throw it out. (At least any court in a right to hire/fire state) My SO works in Healthcare and it's getting pushed, she's bottom of the requirement list cause she works in an out reach clinic and not at the hospital anymore.
