Same way they inforce every other single vaccine, even the flu one. For them it's part of the business, if you don't like it go to a different industry and stop asking questions lol

It's been very conflicting for the missus and I because we don't trust the speed it was developed... she didn't even want to take the cold vaccine when she took the job but:notsure:

That sickens me. Nobody should be forced to get a vaccine to go to work, atleast with one thats only been tested for what, 6 months? Gotta wonder what the looonnngggg term effects could be. And again, its no business of your employer what your medical history is.

    But thats enough of that.

Yea I'm in agreement with you

On a side note, just as a general comment in absolutely no regard to the current world situation. And this is only been experienced with my missus working at a hospital directly with patients.. they HAVE to know a portion of your medical history for example the risks with blood diseases. They don't want you givin HepC to someone for example

They didn't even offer that option to the SO. It was flu shot or no job

Thats (or atleast it was) such a foreign idea for my area. People here, even myself admittedly were so reluctant at first to wear masks in public. Pre 'rona it was only a thing in doctors offices if you were sick. I see no point in a healthy person wearing a mask but thats just me.

What if your allergic to the flu shot? Its so weird that they require that with the flu being that those shots are so wildly unpredictable if their even gonna be effective or not for that season.

Be curious if I was; I never take the flu shot and yet I never get the flu even though I've been around others that had it at the time.

Yep, just like when I had COVID.

I hated being quarantined but had my SO and her sister not shown any symptoms, I would've never gotten tested.

The one time I actually got the flu shot, I ended up having the flu for 2 weeks... actually ended up in the hospital for a short spell.. never again

Anecdotal garbage, and yes the flu is a serious disease, it's not the common cold despite the two having similar medications. The flu sucks, the vaccine isn't 100% effective, few are and as with all of them it takes time to build antibodies. Before vaccines were around the flu's death toll was much more impressive as well.

That sucks but it's incredibly rare. I doubt that would happen again, I wouldn't let it deter you from getting the flu vaccine esp when you get older.

Speaking of the vaccine... @BartMaster1234 have you transformed into a 5g tower yet
