Edit: no one ever questioned what the 'n' stands for in plug-n-play. Definitely not slang for 'and'. Maybe it's 'never'?

 

Most credit card charge back policies are good from receipt of item, not date paid, always worth a shot. Remember, you are the customer of the credit card company, they want to keep you happy, not the vendor.

Well sh*t. I got on to search KTJO because I ordered their interior door handle bowl lights a month ago and haven't received any shipping info or anything. I did get an order confirmation right when I purchased but have reached out a few times and can't get a reply. Always a great feeling when you type a company name in the search bar and "buyer beware" pops up. Anyone know why they got banned? Should I just go ahead and file a chargeback? I wasn't even super bummed about the long ship time with the Holidays and COVID and all. I was just wondering why I can't get a reply or anything and my spidey senses started tingling, for good reason apparently.

 

I tried for a week or so to contact her via various emails. Didnt get a response until I hit her up on Facebook messenger on a weekend.

She cant handle her day job and a few emails during the week I guess so maybe hit her up on FB this weekend?

 

Chase credit card charge dispute is 60 days from date of transaction.

 

You don't know Capitol One's policy by chance do you? The bad thing is, I want the bowl lights. I'm sure if I file a chargeback she won't ship but if I wait too long I might not be able to file one. 60 days sounds fair.

 

60 days sucks when it took over a year to get the product.....

 

I had the same experience with my door bowl lights. I emailed her a week after purchase since I hadn't recieved shipping info. About an hour later I got a shipping notification. She never did reply to my email tho haha. She's not a complete scam, just painfully unorganized and terrible at communication.

If all else fails you could always join the other customers trying to reach her via commenting on KTJO Facebook posts. Its hilarious following her page

 

Be careful how much you contact her on Facebook. You get to pushy she blocks you from commenting or messaging for a couple days because shes a petty piece of shit who cant handle what she promises

 

Dammit, it looks shiny and rainbow-fancy at that! How come there wasn’t one in my box? These things will be the Tacomaworld Nike Decades in a couple of years. Just wait for it.

 

If you send her more money at this point, you kind of deserve whatever you get

 

I'm not the one that made a purchase after knowing about the company's incompetence. I guess I could've done more research but I discovered the product on Tacoma World from a happy customer.

 

I ordered the bowl lights in October and installed in December. Worked well. Guess I deserved good things.
