Hi , yesterday I finally bought my Tacoma SR5 and I sadly found the big difference with the headlights between my Jeep Cherokee Latitude, they are yellow and weak, it is normal?
Thanks in advance for your opinions.

Probably get flamed into oblivion but easiest fix is to put some HIDs on the low beams. If you have $1200 laying around get some Pro LED headlights.

Nope. The easiest fix is a set of quality halogen bulbs from the thread linked below. Putting a PnP HID kit into the headlights for this truck isn't the correct way to go. The upgraded halogen bulbs are cheaper unless you get a dirt cheap PnP kit and present absolutely none of the headaches of running an HID kit.

Does yours have the LED OEM lights or the regular ones?

I noticed IIHS listed the standard headlights as Fair, so went with LEDs on my "order".

Thanks everyone for your advice, I replaced with a Silverstar "Ultra" H11, it looks better, but definitely after had a Jeep Cherokee for 3 years, I will need to adapt my sight to a yellow light.
Thanks again, this is an awesome group of people.

If I’d had my choice I would’ve gotten the factory LED option on my TRD OR, but I needed a truck within a couple days and inventory was very low. The dealer willing to deal had a black truck with the tonneau and LED, but I didn’t commit fast enough and it sold, leaving the white truck I leased with the dumb Predator steps and no tonneau cover or LEDs. Oh well, the truck is still great and I added the factory tonneau from a member here.

I find the factory lights to be very good, a bit yellow, but a better beam pattern with more reach than the lights on my 2020 Blazer work vehicle or the LED’s on my folks 2018 Camry. I’ll look at swapping the bulbs out. I plan on upgrading the fogs, probably DD3.
