    She blinded me with science!

Looks like mine needed rework (flashing removal?) On the internal white portion, which caused the nicks n gouges on the overmold. The big piece seems unmolested and my clip nut is the right size.

That’s a bummer unless you bought the floor model. Are you going to ask The Maker for a less-molested handle and new bolt covers?

I think that's enough science for the year

Idk. We'll see what I end up doing. Returning it is definitely off the table haha

Put in an order January 10th. Nothings been shipped. Phone calls go straight to voice mail, no response from emails, no response from direct messaging on Instagram. Why open a business if you're not gonna keep up with it smh.

According to her IG page she is out of black handles - so your order is probably among what she calls "pre-orders" for the incoming 1800 black ones she reordered. They are supposed to ship on January 27th and she is predicting delivery to her somewhere around February 20th.

If you ordered gray, then you're just in the abyss of a terrible process.

    What color did you order?

From her IG, it looks like she's out of white and red... they are on a boat slated to dock today yesterday. So you know... in about a month or so she'll start shipping them (if these grab handles speak for how she does business on everything, orders the day she receives the shipment will go out before yours).

I ordered the light bowl for the door handles. Now I'm wondering when those will ever come in. I would have never ordered if I saw this forum first, dang

The door bowl lights come in fairly quick compared to the grab handles. Takes her about a week or so to ship though.

I ordered a black handle a year ago and they sent me grey... Cant contact her for return or replacement. Cant contact concerning another order (heads up display). Tried emailing. Tried calling. Tried sending a message on their website. Nothing. It is really frustrating.

Have you tried her FB and IG pages? That's the only way I ever got a response - sent an IM through both.

The card in the box said "Need help?" Then gave their phone number and email. Apparently that isn't good advice. I have reached out on Facebook. Thanks for your info.

You miss understood the purpose of the card, you're supposed to tear of pieces as shims to get the cover to sit flush.

Please remove me from post #1 for those needing a top cover. It only took 4 emails to exchange@ktjo4x4.com and a payment dispute to Paypal, and I finally got "Josh" at KTJO to email me back and send a replacement cover.
