So I installed new kicker speakers in the rear doors and the passenger side sounds really low volume even when faded all the way to the passenger rear. The driver rear sounds great??

Check your wiring and EQ settings. Make sure the connections to the speaker are solid and not grounding out on the door. If that doesn't fix your issue, try swapping both speakers to the opposite side to test if the speaker is the culprit.

Cool thank you I’ll look at the connections. If not I’ll swap speakers and try that thanks

Does anyone know the part numbers for the door panel clips? Both the round and upper triangle looking ones??

Yea i've looked at that on my phone and maybe its just not very good mobile. Ill check it out on my computer to see if it better thanks. As far as the speaker volume when I went to park my truck last night they sound from the passenger side speaker sounded like the driver?? Once I get the part numbers for the clips Ill take the door panel back off and check the connections.

I think the JBL system is 2-ohm, stock should be 4-ohm. I don’t think that’s your problem if one side is fine and the other is not. My guess is bad wiring followed by bad speaker.

Why do you need replacement clips?

Some stayed in the door when I removed the panel and not knowing any better I left them in the door instead of taking them out and putting them on the panel so when I went to install the panel they fell in. The upper clips look like a v shape and the others all around the panel are round. Very hard to find part numners.

The JBL in my 2020 Pro acts the same way and it is stock. Very little volume if you set the balance to the back of the truck. 95% of everything is coming out of the front speakers when balanced correctly. The base and rear volume is worthless!
