Looking to get a repair manual, and I never liked the Haynes or Chiltons.

I was checking some sites for parts, and found "DAVE GRAHAM 95TTACC 1995-2000 Toyota Tacoma OEM Factory Repair Manual CD" for $20.

Anyone have any opinions? Sound good?

Not worried about being a CD, I can print what I need.

OEM Factory Repair Manual? Same as FSM "Service manual?

Also looking for an owners manual. Anyone know where I can find one?

    Thanks

The FSM is what you want. Someone on here may be able to give you a zipped file of it. As far as the owners manual, you can find them on the toyota website.

I recall seeing the David Graham manuals back in the seventies and eighties your not going to be happy but for $20.00 it can`t hurt

They are along the lines of the Haynes Manuals at least the ones I recall.

Toyota Sold the rights to the Service Manuals to Helm Inc who raised the prices about triple you can sometimes find the printed Copies on Ebay and other sites . Helm incs Lawyers are conducting a massive campaign to get any digital copies removed from the internet for a few years now.

I'll send you one for the 95.5 model. It's 99% the same truck. I don't have one for 1995.5
I see you are new here, so check the upper right corner of the screen for message alerts.

The file for a 2003 repair manual is to big to send even when it is zip

I just bought the set for my 2001....I paid around $115 for them. A little steep I know, but I like looking at the book instead of the computer screen all the time.

Good morning folks! I've tried searching forums and this looks like the best information so far... I'm looking for FSM for my 2013 Tacoma, when I look on Helm's site they just have the owner's operating manual. Am I out of luck then? I've always preferred the official manuals for my cars; usually more detailed than the ones you find at AutoZone, etc.
    Thanks for your time!

Is there a Factory Service Manual for a 2002, or is the 2003 version close enough?

There is manuals on ebay for the 02. About 200. for 3 manuals that cover it all. Can't say if 03 manuals are acceptable but I would be willing to bet they are. Or at least so damn close it would scare you.

    2002s are drive by cable
    2003s are drive by wire

I’m sure there are differences in the manuals when it comes to the throttle body, etc

I anted up and paid around 200 on eBay for the full set of 3 FSM for my 2003 when I bought it. Felt like I got royally boned when I bought them but immediately lost all regret when I started working on the engine... they are priceless when your hands are greasy and you can't drag your digital copies and TW knowledge out onto the workbench. Also hard to put a price on the pleasure of looking at actual paper instead of a screen :smash:

I would definitely recommend using sticky notes to mark important pages for the current job and save the time of flipping through hundreds of pages every time you walk over to the bench... I used one color for disassembly and another for assembly to really make things easy.
