You should have seat belt chimes, turn signal flashes, and a few other settings in there.

It then puts the Techstream into a "Reduced functionality" mode. I'm trying to reprogram the TPMS sensors. It then says the system is not responding. I believe this is because of the reduced functionality because I used a real Toyota techstream/Mongoose cable at Toyota (Version 15.x) and I am able to configure the TPMS sensors. At home I am using a genuine Taxctrix cable with the version 14.2 and I'm stuck. Any ideas?

Offline mode is all we have without purchasing a subscription. I haven't tried to program TPMS. Is the ignition on?

    Edit:
Follow the instructions in the first post of the link below to configure it. Make sure you have the drivers installed and choose the tactrix cable from the VIM select.

I am able to open the Engine module and scan codes etc. I just can't get to the other modules. So I don't believe it is a connection issue. I'm not sure if the "reduced functionality" mode takes some of the other modules?

V15 is different I think. It only complains about offline mode when I run the health check and it tries to validate if calibration updates are available.

I should summarize this so I don't confuse people:

    At home
    Techstream V14.2
    Tactrix cable
I can connect in "Offline" "Reduced Functionality" to the engine module (check codes, logs etc)
I can not connect to the Tire pressure Monitor system (it says it is unavailable)

    At Toyota
    Geniunie Techstream setup
    V15.0
I was able to connect and program the TPMS no problem

Does "Reduced functionality" take away modules like "Tire pressure Monitor"?

You can use a keygen'd version online like normal, you just have to setup the connection to the public server vice the dealer. It connects and shows if the ECU's have available updates.

Edit: The caveat is it has to be the most recent version.

I am not sure what the problem is because I was able to do the ignition key programming with no problem. On the TIS site, that is shown as a level above all the things that we are doing.

I can check TPMS programming later, but I do know that even Carista allows that over a wireless connection.
