It's fine. I'm trying to figure out what it would take to get ATRAC or just improve the current vacuum powered ABS system. I know Toyota didn't veer too far from something that they had that already works.

I think one of the things you would have to do is getting a master cylinder out of an OR. Can only go through Toyota and they cost somewhere between 1000-1500

 

No. I'm in an SR5. 4cy AT... I'm trying to work with what I've got before I commit to a SC.

 

Master cylinder is the same. According to Toyota parts website. That initially what sparked my interest. If it's a matter of the brake booster being different and the programming has more modes, why not?

 

is it only the off roads that have it?

So if the website is to be believed, I share a brake booster with the TRD PRO, but not the OR. The plot thickens...

haha i mean toyotas use to be like lego kits so the base models had all the same wiring stuff as the higher end ones so it was easier to build them

Off roads apparently have a unique master with a built in electric pump for the Atrac to work, and it's also an automatic bleeding system, just need to have the truck running and then just crack open the bleeders and it starts pumping.I thought mine was going out a while back and I was scouring sites and found some threads on here
