Getting nowhere with Rigid. Fog pods have a ton of condensation. Tried emailing customer service and calling their office. Nothing. These things are less then 3 years old. Is this SOP for them?

Remove the covers with a hex head, clean the condensation. Put it back together. Carry on.

I get it but that will void warranty. So they get to screw you if you help yourself.

Seriously, it's 6 screws. Talk the cover off and clean em out... There's no security tape.

Hard top camper...many more to add+
Rigid industries...have a form you can fill on line...for warranty coverages..
Did you mail in your warranty registration?
You will need receipts? I think they have a limited warranty of 2 years?
And rigid have the sole discretion to except or reject...any repairs or replacement..

    Good luck...
    Aloha

They are real. I filled out the warranty email twice since May and get the same BS open ended email back. If they deny the warranty , I'll live, and open the DS one up ( PS is fine) but they dont answer emails or return phone calls even when I am transferred within their building. I had planned to open them myself but read that that would definitely void warranty and just wanted to get an answer first. I have no problem busting into stuff and looking around. Probably get some SS3 pros anyway.

The cali raised side shooters are brighter than my driving beam rigid side shooters. And a lot cheaper. My friend bought them and they kick ass. They look similar. Probably made in the same factory

They're not helping anyways, what's the risk?
I'd fix myself, and just vote with my wallet in the future,,,,, I know I'll remember this, I typically buy once,,, and like to buy quality. before this, my perception was- Rigid was quality. Now I'm not so sure, anything can fail, but a lack of support,,, hell even a response, but to not is booshit.

I’d just save myself the headache, open them up and seal with a small bead of butyl and call it a day. Otherwise even if they do respond I imagine they’d have you waste money on shipping them out to “assess” them, then who knows their turnaround.

Also there has been something wrong with their website at least on mobile for a few weeks now. Getting a 403 message.

I dont think I will be purchasing any rigid products anytime soon. They seem to also be falling behind KC and Baja designs.

3 years? Yeah just unscrew, seal and put back together. They'll outlast you owning the truck.
