Can I ask you how you mounted the bottom bolts? I have a 2020 that is also missing the cubby on the driver side, and was thinking I'd need to install rivnuts or something. Just wondering how you did it.

Yep, stock size and stock OR wheels. Those are nice. I like the current Pro wheels too.

On my 2020 TRD OR it actually made my speedometer more accurate than what it was with the OEM 265/70's.

I have the HS 3 Leaf AAL without the overload spring and it gave me about 1.25" lift after settling in. I have a hard shell tonneau, sliders, engine and tranny skids, slimline front bumper, high clearance rear bumper, and carry about 50 lbs of gear in the bed. The ride is much better than expected, I am quite happy with the overall performance. Leaving the overload spring would make the ride a lot stiffer, and would probably add at least 1/2" additional lift. If I had a shell and carried extra weight in the bed on a regular basis I would contemplate keeping the original overload spring in, but unless you want the additional lift, and are ok with the stiffer ride, I would leave it out.

Here is the stance after the AAL was installed, it helped to give me back some rake after installing the TRD Pro suspension.

I measured it against the GPS reading, and have also measured it against the roadside radars. It reads about a 1mph difference from when I had the 265/70's on.

Ordered the Subaru tweeters from BAM Wholesale. Surprisingly, it was a better price on their website vs. Amazon.

    Amazon (with taxes and all)

    Capture.jpg

From their website (via my email):

    capture2.jpg

Found a small discount on TW for 20% off shipping.

    In total it's a savings of $15.21.

Probably somewhere in the ballpark of 15-18% savings. Not a whole lot, but I'll take it.

If anyone decides to do this, the code I used for the shipping discount was "minus20."

I noticed my bed rack was pushing my driver side wall out because I had it on too tight so I had to loosen all the bolts and let it collapse a little. Also my bed stiffeners got lose when I put it and my rtt up there I’m assuming so I got those back to fully torqued as well. Now everything is good as new!

The Subaru Kicker tweeters are plug and play.

The door speakers are also plug and play since Crutchfield provides the appropriate adapters for free. No soldering or splicing necessary. The only cutting required is to remove the extra tabs that are not needed on the speaker adapters from Crutchfield (easily done with a pair of pliers).

If you replace the door speakers, make sure you have some plastic trim removal tools and extra assorted fasteners/fender clips (you can get complete kits for cheap from Amazon). They are easy to break or loose when removing the door panels.

If you order from crutchfield talk to someone and make sure they send you the correct adapters for the rear speakers. They sent me the wrong ones and I had to cut and splice my factory wiring. It’s not difficult but pnp would have been easier.

When you do the gps reading make sure the road is flat and straight. That will give you the most accurate speed reading. Almost every factory stock vehicle is going slower than what the speedometer says.
