    For MDF or Pine thin kerfs will do well enough. Yeah, Forrest blades will set you back a few hundy. I make my living with my tools though. That blade has paid for itself 20x over by now. lol

    Selling shouldn't be an issue in this market. Buying might be though. Around here homes are averaging 5 days on the market and selling for at least asking.
