Just a heads up for those that have Costco memberships, I've been hearing the Costco branded oil is actually good quality. I know there is lots of comparison on Bob is the oil guy... But for those needing oil and don't want to wait for the Mobil 1 rebates deal... This is a good option

Is the battle of going into Costco worth it? The Costco here is always packed like an NBA game is going on inside.

 

i find sunday mornings at opening is best for us. or weeknights after 5.

Sunday mornings here are nothing but cranky old boomers who wait all week just to go to Costco.

I also like weekend mornings. Get there when it opens and know what you want. I always hang a quick right when I go in while everyone else heads to the middle. Pickup the dog food, drinks, food and out the door within 10 minutes.

 

Thats what Costco plans on. I don't need a 100 pack of corndogs.

 

For the first time in 15 years, I let my membership drop. The stores within my driving range are all insanely busy. The limited amount of ship to home items dont make up for it.

 

Did you know Costco in Hawaii has the largest sales per store in the USA. Down town Honolulu, Costco use to do million dollars a day..and in Kona , Hawaii where I live...rated two or three in sales...in America..

Toyota Japan ..there number selling food item is the “Bulgogi”. Not the chicken..

South Korea has two NEW Costco stores ..average sales for each is One million to Two million sales per day...each...

the one on Maui had the cheapest gas for sure. Over $1 cheaper than in town when we were there a few years ago. Made waiting in the line for 20 minutes worth it.

Yep....and although they are cheaper on gas than anywhere in town you sometimes have to idle for 10-15 minutes to get gas. It is like everyone is stocking up for the apocalypse there! I hated going pre-covid....now I just let my wife go.
