    I just received the same address confirmation email that I got Dec 14.

    i got two shipping address conf emails today as well. I had cancelled my order on Dec 31 but I said what hell (maybe I’ll get a feebee) and replied. Within 5 mins I got a reply that said “disregard previous email”. :)

    Does anybody know what recourse I have for getting my money back?

    • Ordered January 2019
    • Emailed her July 2019 requesting an address change since I was moving. This email was acknowledged and she said it was done.
    • December 2020 I get an email asking to confirm shipping address. The one in the email was the old one and I emailed a correction.
    • I received tracking end of December, but it was to the OLD address that I asked to change from.
    • The package was delivered to the old address and KTJO has ignored all emails

    If it was me, and I could retrieve it from the old address, I’d call it a day and not bother with she (who shall not be named) again. Unless of course, you need replacement parts.

    On the other hand if you want your money back and can wait it out, the email will eventually get a response. Later rather than sooner.
