On stock tires my -25 stealth 6’s stuck out maybe .5”-.75” from the fender. Perfect stance.

Yeah d rings to hold the straps. My initial plan was to build a wood frame to isolate the sandbags. But I was exhausted after work yesterday so I just went with straps. Eventual plan is wood frame. I assume the 6” boards are for the “front and back”?

Rebuilt my 80’ mini truck crawl box and swapped input shafts to 23 spline for dual case adapter to a750f transmission(second gen tranny)few more parts and i can start to 3link the front probably late April. This will be the second time around so it will def be easier. 15750B4D-430B-4E89-890C-890700C39945.jpg image.jpg

I just had them laying around so I made a box. You can sort of see it here.

That’s what I’m going for! Simple, but effective. All I need is to control front to back momentum of the bags. Which this looks like it does perfectly.

I was also thinking about putting a piece of ply wood on top, just so I can toss things into the bed without puncturing the bags. Good or bad idea?

I just transported a load of firewood but I also took the bags out to do it. I think if you plan on hauling stuff with them also in the bed you're doing yourself a favor having a protected area for them. Stick that plywood over the top, it will add rigidity to the frame and make it heavier, less prone to shifting

Went for a hike with the wife then did a little back roading around O'Bannon Woods State Park. I need to wash it. That beautiful Spruce Mica isn't 'popping' like it should!2014 TRD Off Road 01232021.jpg

It’s the EAG grille. I ordered it on eBay and wrote about the install a few pages back on this thread. Definitely seems well made- and for the price it had better been.

Im with you that the white ones look better on a stock front end. But the performance of the selective yellow on the DD SS3’s is worth it.

looks good. I loved driving my truck on the freeway and whatnot with 3.5-4 degrees of camber. right now i'm in the 1 degree range on the drivers side and it starts getting really twitchy and doesn't like to stay in a straight line.
