If he can’t combine some circuits then he might have to do that or like I said remote master
Type deal. I wanted all my circuits all the time. He’s going to have to get a pro in there.
I’d rather pay a little more and have everything then only 6 or so circuits.

I've never liked shepards pie, not a fan.
and yes, i would prefer real mashed taters but i'm not in the mood to clean or chop or wait for them to boil so instant it is!

Had electric heat in NC. Baseboard. Didn't get that cold often but when the blizzards would hit sorry Charlie out of here. THX valve in a heat pump worked well down there. And even in the North with a decent heat sink below ground. Lots of rocks as in Glacier-Marine deposit. But you already knew that..

That is a lot of steps. Not going to get into chrio vs. PT but you seem to be doing good with what you are doing. You are young. Once you are out of pain keep it moving. Yoga is good although as a guy I would NEVER EVER say that out loud. It does the same as PT and if you look at your PT exercises bet most of them have a yoga equivalent. But I never said that. At least out loud...

Once you are out of pain you need to strengthen. Any way you can. And stay flexible.

Happy Bday to the wife! Give her a hug for me. And another lobster roll. I keep telling myself that I don't miss the ocean after living on it for 20 years. Cooldood you are not helping me here LOL.

Love Shepard's pie. It is actually what you make of it from the leftovers that you have. Not a fan of carbs but for a good Shepards Pie can make do.

Made Speghatti sauce last night spent an hour and a half making it. And another hour cleaning the kitchen. Then you had to go and post that OG Italian soup knock off that you make. Love it and yours looks great but didn't have the energy to make it and had enough of the Italian spices after my noodles and sauce.

So tomorrow smoking Onik Onik balls wrapped in bacon. And threw a steak on tonight to make vegetable beef soup tommorow. And a bottom round sirloin for the son.

Thanks for the encouragement if I hadn't already done the spaghetti sauce would have done the soup you did in a heart beat. Yours looks really great!

Hate corn!? Sorry you are not right in the head! OK field corn sucks but sweet corn... Yeah baby! Caught a lot of coon in traps over the years with both. Corn is a staple. Cornbread! Scrapple! Hell it is even the water tower here.

Even though most have no idea what Shepherds pie is let alone Scrapple or Lebanon bologna.

These savages eat LOX. And erhh never mind some really gross stuff. Yet they have no culinary skills to even appreciate head cheese. Sigh...

Erh,, Never mind. Wait did I say it is what you make it?

Started with Chicago Cutlery knives half a century ago. Have 2 5" boning knives and have skinned hundreds of deer and fur on the deck in the last 50 years.

But appreciate the hardness and ease of honing a German knife.

After several years of using Japanese Steel have come appreciate it too.

They all have pros and cons.

Much like Shepards Pie. It is what you make it. Tonight made left overs from what I had.

    Soup chicken and knives.jpg

Tomorrow will be carbs and closer to Shepard's pie. Maybe. Lot of bacon going on tomorrow. Trust me...

Hey YOU are the one that convinced me to switch from spaghetti sauce to soup after I spent an hour and half cooking it and an hour cleaning the kitchen LOL :)

its a fine line right now of how much activity is too much and i'm trying to do as much as i can without causing myself any pain. i never want to go through this again so i'm trying to do all i can to make it go away.

and try the soup, its awesome and you won't regret it...million times better than shepards pie

Oh I have done that soup many times. Like I said really like it.

But also the vegetable beef soup I am doing tomorrow, really like it a lot too. I have my own thyme and basil plants growing here all year round. The bay died though :-( rumor has it that alcohol may have been involved with the bay plant. After a GF broke it on me :-( But that was a long time ago. Getting a Bay to grow isn't so easy in the North but I need to break down and do it at some point to get fresh bay leaves again.
