I recently installed these 3rd gen trd off road rims and all 4 sensors won’t able to ready my truck. My 2nd gen came with steel wheels and the sensors r to short to mount on these new rims, will any second gen tpms sensors work on these rims and r will the stems be long enough

I've read that 2nd Gen steel sensors can be used with alloy wheels but they need to be rotated. This can be an issue for future dismount/mount procedures. If you replace them with new, you'll need the sensors for alloy wheels (2nd Gen) and the Denso ones are a good economical choice. The Denso's are OEM.

3rd gen sensors cannot be programmed to be used on a 2nd gen Tacoma. You either have to live with the orange light on the dash or get some new sensors that are compatible with your 2nd gen Tacoma. If you don’t care about the sensor being on you can also cover it with black tape.

What second gen oem sensors will work on these rims?

Pacific Industries manufactures the sensors for Denso who in turn supplies Toyota. Buying from Toyota will be much more costly than other sources. Amazon or Ebay have proved in the past to be the cheapest option for them.
