Wait till you give it some gas on the road and it gets into the higher RPM’s. It sounds good and the power feels better.

I was having a similar issue. Turned out to be the bracket that connects the bottom of the down pipe to the engine. The top 2 bolts had come loose. Passenger side for me.

I did not have any codes pop up.

Here's a video from some snow wheeling (with chains) from anyone interested in a sound clip of the engine actually under load with the non catted tubes and stock Pro exhaust.

Hey there! I got some of the catless tubes a little while back and finally got them on. Any chance you have the 91 octane tune to pair with that? I was running 04B31 stock. I'm still enjoying the the 2.0 flash, but the tubes have kicked on the CEL which i was hoping the new tune would remedy. Thanks for your time!

If you’re on VF and received the tune pack for your ECU, the the catted and non catted 2.0 tunes will be in the same folder.

I have catless dump tubes too and cannot get rid of the CEL. The supposed fix for both catted and catless tubes is to enter a 0 value in the last two parameters in VF tuner. I have done so and it still kicks on a CEL. I have a tune that is the best my truck has ever had and it generates a CEL due to the catless tubes. Damn shame.

I'm putting the stock back on and my catless dump tubes, which are coated with Eastwood ceramic coating inside and out, will be for sale.
I don't doubt Mat @OVTune will eventually have a fix for it, I just don't think it'll be anytime soon and I drive way too much for a perma-CEL.

Anyone feel free to PM if interested in the CATLESS dump tubes and we can work out a price and shipping and all that stuff.

Are you running aftermarket exhaust and you gotta make sure they connect and sit correctly too. I’ve had them for almost a year and have all the tunes they made for my truck and no issues once I change the two values.

I have a Gibson catback. The dump tubes have worked just fine with 4-5 different tunes since 1.04 and have been installed since 2018. All dump tube specific tunes have worked fine before vft. I've tried one tune via vft with values changed to 0 and get a CEL. Nothing has changed with the tubes and they are installed correctly. I am actually trying another tune right now to see if it works. Should know by tomorrow after I put some miles on it.

A fix will be available in VF Tuner very soon.

It seems to only be affecting on 2018 ECUs from what we have seen.
    Is yours 2018?

I'm running OVTune 2.0 04A61 with URD MKII Y-pipe and Borla catback. Really want to try the dump tubes but don't want to deal with the CEL, will that still be an issue or has the fix been released?

    — Video below —

Has anyone reported misfire issues during very cold starts? (-30c, block heater plugged in all night)

I’m currently running non catted tubes with 2.0 sfob prem non catted tune.

I’ve noticed this issue on a few occasions only during cold starts around and below -20. Truck starts up quick, rpms jump to around 12-1300 like normal then the sputtering starts and the engine is fighting to stay running at 3-400 rpms. Sometimes it stalls. On one occasion I blipped the throttle causing it to run normal.

No other engine issues. The cold weather misfires began to manifest just recently.

This morning I remote started, it ran for about 7 minutes before I came outside. Truck was running rough. Almost reminded me of an older hemi v8. I turned the truck off then restarted and it ran normal.

I’ve used this same gas station for several years in several different vehicles and have never noticed and cold performance issues (water in gas). I’m aware of the fuel pump issue, but didn’t think 2020’s were effected.

My truck is a 2020 with just over 10k miles.

I’ll be making an appt with the dealer shortly. Just not looking forward to removing the tubes and flashing to stock.

@OVTune Anything with Sfob 2.0 decatted that could possibly account for this? I haven’t messed around with VF as far as idle levels and what not.

    Codes thrown this morning

Truck appear to start normal (block heater on all night. -30c

At 27 sec the engine starts chuggin
