Not sure if they are bringing the new Hunter version to the states but if they did I would sell my RLD and get one of these. Would love to have a removable roof!

And really like the new window design on the V3. All my windows have exposed gaskets. And I just got my newest RLD with the side door windows last month.

My only gripe with V3, is that in the photos the rear window has dents or ripples in it where it meets the window, I’m curious if they all will have that or if it’s hard to get the window in it due to it being “stainless steel” and fitment is tough.

maybe take a screen shot and circle what you're referring to. I have what I believe is a V2 and don't see anything like that.

Oh yeah no, that thing looks like it was smashed up and the guy tried to fix it himself with a ball peen hammer..... the ones I've seen including mine are perfectly flat.

Yeah all the previous iterations of it have been flat I wonder if it’s because of the new style of window or if it is a “one off” kind of thing. Either way I can’t wait till March.

Nice, you'll be getting yours in March as well? I recently ordered a rack as well, should be rolling in the same time as the canopy. Hell yeah.

Those windoors on the v3 have pushed me over to RLD. When the locks get weatherproofed and able to be opened from the interior is when I'll have no more excuses.

Hey guys, just got my RLD camper today and I’m trying to install it. Does anyone know what the “bin fill in piece” is for?

It keeps getting caught on both sides by the struts. Almost like it’s the wrong size

What is the additional cost of longer windoors on a long bed? Any idea what the decrease in the load rating is in this configuration (approximate percentage or lbs)?

Edit 1: found the answer to the long door question ($0).
Edit 2: found the answer to the long door load differences (The single door longbed we rate to only 500 lbs dynamic and 1000 lbs static)

Every time I wait to ask a question I forget or cant find the original post. Every time I ask immediately, this happens :annoyed:

It lays down on your bed rail that's parallel to the cab, basically a "seal" for the front of the canopy. Apply some RVT liberally on the rail then center the bar on the rail. Mine didn't ship with the canopy originally so I installed it without but it definitely makes a difference and allows the canopy to sit a bit nicer on that front rail.

Alright awesome, I will try to get it installed tomorrow. Thanks for the help! I got the top installed yesterday without it and she seems water tight so far but it’s only sprinkling here.
