    I going to mix it with quinoa and make a quinoa fried “rice” I’m working on getting back into shape after this covid disaster and college and working at a desk. It was easy to stay in shape when I was in the Marine corps and after while working at a tire shop but now I have to work at it.

    What’s up folks? Hope your week went well. Finished up with the two fabrication tables and got started with the paying build on Friday. Finally got a few minutes to say what’s up and see how people are doing.
    No problem! It’s pretty easy, just gotta make sure you have a little wiggle room in the bolt holes (found out the hard way).

    Also, bathing the dogs is easy. If your dog likes to be close to you just get in the shower and they’ll follow. My little girl has been doing it since we got her and the little boy for the past two months. Don’t think he had a bath before he “moved in”.
