Could be worse, they could've emphasized your need to be an organ donor at DMV

 

Snow trip was a total bust, trail I picked was new to me but closer to home... Every fucking asshole in socal with a Jeep or Tacoma was there, was a one way trail with easily a hundred vehicles trying to go both directions while sliding all over and stopping randomly to get out and look at the snow. It was like rush hour on the 405 but offroad.

Shoulda gone further to access the more remote trails I normally go on, just glad we got out of that shit show unscathed. Here's to attempt #2 next weekend

Yeah you really have to go where the trails are a little harder cause it scares off your average Joe just looking to impress the wife with his 4wd truck on 20" rims. That eliminates a good 90% of everyone we saw today.

Yeah I can't stand Pismo either for the same reason, the crowds and the type of people that go there. I could also never set tire on a sand dune again and die happy, sand wheeling is not my thing lol.

My fathers old dirt bike career and in general being a Motörhead all his life hit him at 50 like a brick wall. He needs 2 knees and a hip replacement soon at 59 almost 60. Guy can barely walk around right now
