Hi Guys, I am new to the forum. I have a 2017 Taco 4x4 Off Road, and wanted to make it look a little more aggressive. I have looked at some of the off roading videos on Youtube, and to tell you guys the truth... I just ran outside and hug my truck, and told her, I will not be putting her through that. Even though it is cool as hell. Anyway, I bought my truck specifically for hunting in Michigan. I do take it on dirt road and mud fields. I wanted to put some 16 x 8.5 wheels with 265 75R16 LT tires on the truck. I just bought the rims, but the off set is -6, will this cause rubbing? I have not picked up the rims, but I am not sure if they will work. The brand is GFX TR16, thanks.

101530C3-A925-4B35-8973-9246CED33B14.jpg I just put these wheels along with 265/75r16 Yokohama G015’s on yesterday.

Very very minimal rub when turning and going up a bump at the same time. I took a heat gun to the fender liners as soon as I got home and all is good.

    I love them.

Have only had these SL’s for 200 miles but so far so good. We ran these same tires, but in E load, on a Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins for 55k miles and had no issues whatsoever. They’re excellent in the rain and slush/snow, are quiet and smooth, and do well on hunting roads and light off-road trails.

This has no lifts? Man I like the look of your truck! How did you get the OEM wheels? I think this is the look I want for my sport

No lift, stock trd sport suspension for now. Falcon sport tow/haul leveling shocks soon

Should be fine with -12, so long as you keep the tire size modest.
