Thanks for the comparison! Looks like it is the tried and true 4.0L. Loaded and super low kilometers!

Used Tacoma prices are inflated with the cult like following!

That gen of 4Runner also had a sweet 4.7L V8. This Engine can consistently hit 500,000 km with just regular maintenance especially the timing belt and water pump.

Nice find, this should sell quickly!

asking price is way too much, I've seen those go under 7K. 4Runners do not hold value in that body style much

There are a few selling under $7k in the Kijiji search, but they tend to have more than 300k on the odometer. This one is only 123k.

I don't believe odometers, mine may only have 55K kms :p

Another interesting observation (this from a different ad), even the base-level SR5 came with manual seat height adjustment, which costs next to nothing for Toyota to implement, yet the Tacoma doesn't get height adjustment until 2020:

This t4bueeee interior tho, one of the worst Toyota interiors I've seen...
Good thing they pulled their heads in 2010 with 5th gen.

That's why Toyotas don't break, try to offer the least amount of gadgets possible.

Lol it's a bit more functional than the 2nd gen Taco interior though, and the standard double-DIN head unit is easier to upgrade.

it's like they went into parts bin and took Tacoma dashboard and then made bets who is going to make it much worse. That center console was bad, the window switch location? Hideous :annoyed: It felt cheap, I am glad they didn't keep that gen for too long and moved forward.
