Looking for ideas for my 2014 White Taco 4x4 w/Camper Shell. Would like to see all the 2014 out there with 3” for sure and possibly some 4 and 6” inch. Mine is white so white would give me a good look but I’ll take your pics with shell of every color. Thanks for letting me in this group! Anyone needs anything from me please ask. Glad to be here

Here is my 2014 Baja with an ARE shell, 33" tires and about a 3" lift front and rear. Standard Dakar leaf packs with 1/2" "Tacoma Lean" block on the drivers side and 3 degree pinion shims (adds about 3/8" lift). Front is adjustable Bilstein shocks set at just under 3".

Nice man I like that! I’m just trying to decide on a 3” or 4” or 6” that looks great I might stay 3”. Nice ride!

Thanks! It is always a work in progress but I have upgraded quite a lot of the drivetrain. Skid plates are on my list next. And I have a bumper and winch sitting, waiting for me to get off my butt to install them. IMO a 3" lift with good suspension will take you most places.

Here's my white 2013 with 3" OME lift and 305/65/17 (about 33") tires. I don't have a shell but here's another picture I found here of a white truck with I think 4" lift and looks like 33" tires with a shell.

That seems way taller than mine, running 886 coils and I knew they were gonna sag some but it lost a lot of its height. Happen to have hub to fender measurements?

Sitting around 2.5ish now with some break-in.

Hey, I have a 2013 SR5 Dbl Cab, currently has 16" wheels with 265/75/r16's on it ... I'm looking at a 3" lift, not for rough off roading terrain but beach/sand clearance and some support .. can I fit 33's on my 16" wheels ..with the 3" lift .. anyone on here have that setup ? and what sort of add clearance will I get ?

285/75/16 is gonna he your 33. You will still need some trimming and Cab mount chop. What I have now. I have fox 2.5 dsc extended travel coilover over. You will also need a different Upper control arm.

Your wheel specs, backspacing and offset well will also effect how much you rub. Also if you are running spacers..

Looks sick. You got a lot of rub on 35s and no fender trim

I’m really want to do a 3” lift on my 3rd Gen... but I’m getting a lot of mixed reviews on good/bad idea, a lot to do with CV boots getting destroyed from very aggressive angles... even with drop kits. Hence the reason I am leading towards a 2.5” lift with a 1/4” spacer for Taco sag fix. I know a 1/2” doesn’t really sound like a lot, but when your talking Taco lift, it is! Anyone have any issues with their 3” lifts? Regrets or would do it all over again??

    thanks!

If you are going to lift, go fox, king or Bilstien. Or icon, but not a fan of them.

    stay away from spacers.

No issues. With my lift. My truck originally had a pro Comp 3” lift and it was horrible. The truck drove like crap.
