I’ve seen so many ‘contraptions’ and methods of fooling the drug test, it really doesn’t matter if anyone using gets called for a random drug test...

 

Having COPD, I wouldn't smoke it. Maybe some brownies or something else. I've never used it before so I have no idea of its benefits and side effects, other than the stench from the smoke.

 

Jesus! I work in construction and neither one of those behaviors would be tolerated at my job! Is OSHA not a thing in PA? And, common sense??

 

When my sister's boyfriend killed himself, the Doc prescribed her a bunch of Zanax or something similar. I told her to flush em and gave her the best green I could get my hands on. The hardest things for her handling her grief were not wanting to eat and trying to sleep being basically torture, and it helped immensely with both of those things. Pretty sure I saved her life.

 

Lots of benefits for certain issues and certain people, small amount of side affects as long as you dont abuse it. If your looking to try it get your hands on some gummies. My mom has really bad joints, has had 2 knee replacements, and problems sleeping. One 5 or 10mg gummie at night and she sleeps better than she ever has in 20+ years.

 

I’ve only seen OSHA on the job a few times. On a ‘random’ inspection visit and major injury/death. If someone called OSHA for drug use, I honestly don’t know what they would do. Drug and alcohol abuse has been in front of me with every company I’ve been with for 35 years. I’m clean...I’m good, just get my paycheck correct.

 

I've never seen them on a job, personally. I just wouldn't be caught dead on a jobsite with drunk people, or people who were stoned.

It's weird how different it is from place to place. I heard similar things from a guy in Florida (I think) on the 4runner forum, and I just don't understand how it is accepted. If it was normal here, I would be in a different business. It's dangerous enough with sober people.

 

yep. Most folks don’t get addicted to pot, but some do even if it’s more a nonchemical dependency than technically an addiction. My nephew was among the latter, threw away a shytload of college tuition smoking instead of studying before dropping out. Girlfriend pregnant, they kept the baby and got married, he got straightened up and eventually went back to school and graduated. Doing well now, but for him pot wasn’t “harmless”

 

That is awful. I tried a bunch of different anti-depressants before to help me sleep and cope, but most of them turn you into a zombie. You go from feeling everything in the world to not caring about anything, including that bus headed straight for you.

I will continue to avoid mary-jane until it's taken off the controlled substance list. I don't want to give any more reason to F with my Second Amendment rights. Full-spectrum CBD has helped somewhat but I haven't had any luck finding any decent suppliers for vapeable CBD. Hopefully, when I visit VT next month the shop I used to buy it at will have some in stock.

Confused, jealous wife stabs husband after seeing her younger self in old photos



A woman stabbed her husband several times after thinking she found photos of him with a younger woman.

It turns out that she herself was that “other” woman. The photo of the couple was taken years ago, when they were dating, police in Sonora, Mexico said.

Authorities from the municipality of Cajeme reported that a suspect identified only as “Leonora N” was arrested for wounding her husband “Juan N” with a knife after finding several photos on his cellphone.

The husband, who managed to take the knife from her, explained that the photos were of them back when they were more youthful and slim.

Juan apparently convinced his wife that he had digitized the old snapshots to store on his cellphone.

Fortunately for the man, the police arrived at the scene after neighbors heard screaming and sounds of a scuffle.

Local media last reported that the woman was being detained by authorities pending charges.
