We don't have emissions or vehicle inspections in WA either. And Indiana is drug needle territory too, well as long as they have the money to afford more than meth. You know I live 4.5hrs away from Seattle right? Like I've been into that city twice in three years. I live in the other drug capitol, Spokompton.
