Had my weekly conversation with my coach today. Plan moving forward is to cut to 14-18% body fat over this year. Gonna do another local show in March that should be fun.

Cause I don't need to be this big... And because the fat I do have is mostly visceral and not healthy. We are gonna try to lean out and then build from a lighter base rather than build from 280lbs like I've been doing.

1-25-21. Went for a max log clean and press and ended up at 215 with a push press.

By may, I have to hit 250. Gonna be a fun journey!

This makes no sense to me? Are you lifting more than you've ever lifted or are you not lifting anymore and just imagining it? Or are you stopping before hitting the PRs?

Lifting is bad for you. Just imagine lifting in your head and tell everyone how much you think you can lift, it's much healthier.

I need more red meat. I eat 5 eggs for breakfast, chicken breast for lunch, and usually another chicken breast or salmon for dinner. Along with a avocado and greens and rice tossed in with em through out the day.

Flank steak is my fave right now. Salt it, let it sit for 20 minutes, then cut and pan sear. Cooks super quick and is really lean yet has great flavor.

Travis gets it. Squats and deadlifts are really bad for you. Why would I do those exercises?

BUT, if I was still lifting and it wasn’t bad for you, I’d be attempting PRs next week.

Hey, good luck with your PRs that you shouldn't/won't be doing, cause they are bad for you.

Just curious and coming from an endurance sports background what's your height and weight? Obviously approaching 300lbs. if I remember reading correctly. Height? I admire the structure with which you tackle your diet. Can't imagine eating that much but your discipline is commendable. Take care.

Dude is ridiculous. He’s 290lb with abs poking out.

    He’s like 6’3

But he still looks short next to the pros
