    Well that's a good first post. Looks like you didn't read through and see the resolution, which was pretty good on the dealer. If the OP had taken your advice, she would have paid a lot more for her truck somewhere else. Giving the dealership a chance to make it right ended up being a good choice in this instance.

    With your “winning strategy”, you would have ended with NO truck, paying more for a truck (at another dealer) and bad feelings all around, instead of the actual outcome......upgraded truck for less money, and more money in her pocket......

    If you have to ask for it, your probably not getting it, and jumping up and down only draws attention to make you an example.
