    Sorry to hear that, dude.

Going well here. Cleaned up a bunch of my dads stuff, bought a new mattress and chair to replace the one's in his room, cleaned up my mom's patio, my sister bought her some new flowers for the patio. Quite a lot done today.

Got a friend of my mom's coming in from Alabama tomorrow and more family showing up.

Yea one of our customers dumps a week and a half lead time on us for some parts we use to make regularly. So i had to go onto banging those out. The current part im working in has quite a bit of +/-.002" and a hole with a true position of .003 plus max material (which is less than a thou)

7/40 for everything, that's what my instructor told me to set them at in trade school in 1980 & that is what I have used on everything including 3.5" shanks on backhoe buckets. I just changed tip size for what I was cutting

Early 70's, I was working on a track-gang in the steel mill. Oldtimer was breaking me in on the 'burner' job. Set the torch about the same as you mentioned using a #38 or 40 tip. Really makes the molten steel fly! And yes, they got me on the 'cut the nuts off a frog' initiation. Good times...:D

    & mornin'

This stainless job isn’t critical at all, just a lot of them.

It's the truth. It's so long, it won't let me put anything else and I'm pretty sure it jammed the system when I hit done.

This stainless is 1/2” x 8” I timed one with the blade that was in the saw. Took 9:0043, put a new blade in and it took 4:35. I figure if I stay on top of it I’ll have it all cut Friday at 1:27 pm
