Anyone been looking at GE? good cash flow news this morning, but doesn't seem to be bought up yet. Distracted by the other things going on I guess.

 

yeah I have been in the market for a while
I just have personally never messed with options.

I have a decent amount of play money I have accumulated over the years and ready to dabble in the option side.

as a CPA I have studied the hell out of options so all I have is test book knowledge and we know the real learning is taught by that mean chick called Life.

have done much accounting for derivatives for a publicly traded company that I work for in the past however but that’s different.

anyway here with my popcorn.

watching a few TD Ameritrade vids on the options.

mid you can beat them, join them.

my finance and accounting background can be tossed out the window in this market as NOTHInG is trading off of any fundamentals at all.....nothing

 

Who needs fundamentals when you have 5k and a non commission brokerage!

I got out of GE a couple weeks ago. It's doing well and moving up consistently, it's just slow

 

I’m still firm on BB, it’s the next GME. Change my mind

GE , I have been but long . Pays dividends but yeah slow moving and nothing exciting. I am still in the red on that one.

I'm a neophyte investor... have had a couple hundred in my robinhood. but after a day's research about what's happenign with GME, I dropped a few spare hundred in to buy BB and see what happens. I understand the mechanics of what's going on with taking advantage of the short positions out there. But it's all "hold hold hold" right now, until what I can gather is Friday when the short positions come due (I am not 100% sure I'm using the correct terminology).

If it's all hold hold hold now with BB... when is it sell time?
