No one can get a dclb in a manual. Doesn’t exist anywhere.

very happy with them, great on the highway, in snow, rain and the mild off-roading I’ve had them on. Reliable and haven’t dropped any air so far. Probably about 8k on them after two road trips last year and currently on another 4K road trip night now. Drove them around in the snow in front range today, zero problems.

    ummm .....ya.
One thing about Toyota, they know what sells and what doesn't. If they can't sell a DCLB in a manual, I guess they just don't make it.
It would be nice to have the option to order one at least.

I've often wondered how much money you'd have to throw at Toyota to order a manual in a DCLB. IF it were possible, I'm sure it'd be more than I'd be willing to do. But I'd sure like one as well!

I would prefer manual, since I've always had longevity issues with automatics. My decision on the Taco came down to which I preferred: manual/SB or auto/LB. I rolled the dice on the auto/LB (obviously). I have less than 500 miles on it so far but do notice it hunting gears on the highway. I'll try to ignore that...or use the ECT button.

@JLWasHere I've never had the fun of rowing through the gates in a Tacoma since I was a teen in my uncle's Helix. The 6sp auto is quick to downshift. If/when I get frustrated with the hunting I just go to S5 or S4. Not a true manual but serves the purpose

Aside from how hard it would likely be to find a manual truck in a junk yard to pick all the parts from, I imagine the actual swap itself wouldn't be prohibitively expensive. I'd guess $1500-$2000 in labor. Would be a fun project, one I'm thinking I may tackle once the warranty expires.

I don't know if I should go to the dealer and complain, or, but how am I suppose to be able to "moon" someone, when the Moon Roof doesn't work as I thought it should!!
