Firstly have you ever ran more the like 80 rounds through somthing like an ar15 or c7 in auto, shit starts getting hot. And if you run like 500 or 700 in quick secession your going to destroy your rifle, they aren't made to be a what ever fully semi automatic lever action gatling cannon you think it is.

If you want to shoot more in an AR, you can do a short-stroke gas piston upper conversion... Of course it's an academic discussion because AR-platform rifles are prohibited in Canada (they look too scary in the media). Instead you'd need to use more obscure-looking rifles like the Israeli IWI Tavor or Norinco Type 97, both of which use standard AR magazines, pinned to 5 rounds in Canada.

I'll drop this here...Knob Creek Gun Range in Kentucky. They have this twice a year

Wife and I were there firing off some frustration in summer of 2017

Its a couple miles away from Ft. Knox...a guy I was yakking with here on TW who twig'd me onto going to the place said when this lights up, it actually gives the Ft. Knox range a huge run for the money in expended firepower.

Couple of bux spent there lol. Keep watching to the end when the Gatling fires up and spews

Talking to people with a in depth knowledge of firearms makes me want to learn so bad.
I also have way too may expensive hobbies so ill just keep my gun knowledge to shooting skeet once in a while...

To the media and to people in general.
I lived in US for several years, and you would never know when a lunatic would come out and start shooting everyone.

Every month there is a massacre. But let's not focus on that right?

Thats where canadian law comes in with licensing, you must pass a 2 day safety course and then pass an in depth background check before you can get your PAL. your background gets checked daily afterwards (for things like assault charges etc.)
Not only that but every 5 years to renew your pal there are questions such as “have you been diagnosed with depression?” “Have you recently been through a traumatic experience?”

Also most mass shootings in canada have been committed by people that dont have/wouldnt even qualify to obtain a PAL
So those firearms would be obtained illegally and usually pulled up from the states

the media just feeds fear to the unknowing canadian showing American stats

By the way this is just to get non-restricted firearms AKA “hunting guns” shotguns/long guns

im not even touching on what you have to go through to get a restricted firearm (pistols and scary looking guns)

"If you run into an asshole in the morning, you ran into an asshole. If you run into assholes all day, you're the asshole."
not saying that it's you or anything, but have you had any influence in these massacres? :p

being the most recent event in Canada. Nova Scotia.

" On December 4, three people, including Wortman's spouse, were charged with supplying him with ammunition later used in the attacks."
"Wortman had previously pleaded guilty to assault in 2002 and was sentenced to nine months of probation, in which he was prohibited from possessing weapons and ordered to undergo anger management counseling"

You wont be disappointed...the road to get there is awesome. The sheer size of the retail store is wow, the offering of taking whatever you want to fire is amazing (nothing automatic, But we did full auto in vegas). All in all I give it a 10...would recommend
