For clarification I do not make slider from scratch. I have welded DIY kits like 4xinivations, coastal offroad, and other brands that are bolt on that people have had me weld to their frames. If you need help with any of that I can definitely help.

Thanks man, yeah walked away without a single scratch. Honestly just felt like I hit a curb going to fast or something.
guy in a old long bed 1500 was braking to fast in front of me. I tried to avoid hitting him direct, switched lanes and just clipped his taillight. My truck took all the damage really, all he had was a cracked tail light and a small bend in the bed fender

Damn that sucks man, hopefully it's an easy fix. Looks like just fenders, bumper, lights and the stuff the fender attaches to (the name escapes me)

Exactly, they may have to do the door too if they can't bend it out. We'll have to wait and see. In the event I choose to just get a check and take it to my own shop, do y'all have any recommendations? Looks like it'd be a good time to just go ahead and get a hybrid front bumper or even wider fenders?

If you do get a check I'd say get the bumper and maybe even do any headlight upgrades you want. Wider fenders (fiberglass) are meh unless you go long travel and the moment you smack them on a tree you'll hate yourself haha

You're right, I don't plan on doing LT, so probably wouldn't need the fenders. This is my first time ever in any kinda accident so I've never had do go through the process before. Hopefully everything goes smoothly and this won't take much, or money outta my pocket.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Glad your good. I remember getting in a wreck in my new runner. Was a high speed collision on the hwy. girl in a jeep ripped my whole front bumper off going 80. Glad we didn’t roll, cause I pit maneuvered her ass unintentionally, was scary as fuck! Her jeep got up on two wheels and everything.

Ouch, definitely gonna stay away from any girls I see in a jeep going down the highway now lol. I'm glad you made it outta that too, it sounded scary just reading what happened.
Thanks man, that should be all that matters :fistbump:

Yeahh...it really did. But it only gets better from here!

That sucks bro. I'm glad to hear that everyone walked away. Did the airbags deploy?

Thanks man. Nope, no airbags or any other lights on the dash. All the wheels and tires are good too. I would have drove it home too, but the plastic lining from the wheel well was pushed up and scrapping the tire, so just got it towed instead.

    Same crap everyone else got
Wow that sucks, glad your okay bud. If you get a check and take it to your own shop, definitely get an after market bumper bc it will be the same price or less than what an oem will be.

A little of this and a little of that.
    Dammit. Glad that you’re OK.
All accidents suck, whether it’s your fault or not, because now you’re having to deal with the insurance company. You need to remember that you pay them, so they work for you.
