    My doc is the one in the grey. He does all this to me and some other stuff too. I don't know if there's a name for it but while I'm on my side, top leg bent 90/90, bottom arm near my head and top arm straight and behind me he gets between my legs and pushes my top leg forward/up while pushing down on my arms. Supposed to stretch my hips :notsure: lets just say its...awkward..

    Do you get a massage after treatment? That was what the doc prescribed after I got rear ended while driving to work. Did that weekly for six months. And then once a month until I was back in order. The massage really helped as long as I stayed hydrated.
