I have a trailer that I use when we family camp for a week plus or when we go to a festival. I don’t want to pull a trailer when I go cross country again, or even for the weekend get always we hope to do.

 

Oh man I do like that... But I already more or less agreed to buy my buddy's SOS rear bumper. This was also cut up fit an aftermarket hitch (Which yes, I have) but also cut off one of the frame tie-in because it was seized

Its such a good price I'd be tempted to just buy it and try and make it work if it was for 3rd gens lmao

 

Its high clearance so you are already cutting most of what is different away.

Are 2nd gens not ever so slightly more narrow?

 

I'd be trying to beat you our for that bumper if it wasn't way down in North Carolina. Its in the same town as my brother in law, so if I went to go get it I would have to spend time with them.

Yeah but I think the frame is the same, or very close, and that's what welders and grinders are for duder.

 

There is a 3rd Gen steel bumper on FB for $375 near Kingston NY. Offer them $300 and it’s probably about the same money as driving to NC.

 

That one doesn't have the allure of a 50 buck maybe it will maybe it won't job lmao. But its been up for 13 weeks so maybe it'll still be around when I've taken care of a couple other mods first

 

Looking for some help!! Is anyone available to help me pickup a bumper in West Virginia? I’m located in Maine so if anyone is making their way north and can assist by bringing it closer my way I’d be grateful!

 

Potentially in March, I'd be going through DC and up to RI.

Alternatively, if someone can get it to RI I am going up to Maine in Feb, 20th or so.

Still looking for a DC to Boston or RI hookup. I don't mind driving to RI, its the 10 hour drive to WV I'm attempting to avoid if I can.
