From what I have been able to ascertain, us manual transmission folks do not get all of those connect enhancements.

 

This is a hard tangent but your story about asking for the contract to be sent rather than signing in person reminded me of another story. High school buddy and I were thinking about signing up at a Gold’s Gym together, were sick of the mom and pop place we were going to.

We ended up in a room with the sales manager. My buddy’s dad was an attorney and we planned on taking the contracts to him for review before we signed anything.

The sales manager would not let us take them out of the room. We walked, and fast.

Julia — I got the box of dates today! Discovered them on the porch after dinner, and my wife and I had some for desert. They’re absolutely delish. What a treat. They’re not going to last long so I need to plan at least one fancy dessert with them.

I’ll PM you about it but if it’s in the realm of possibility I’d love to order some from you periodically. May not work because you sell in large quantities. I’ve started a couple other TW traditions this way (there’s a pork rub I fell in love with for example). Either way thank you for a bright spot this dreary January. Made my day.

You've got to be EXCITED! Mine too was Baja built...mine is 2 years old and I just passed 90K miles! In fact I've put on 1200 miles this week so far. As you know - with my horse farm - a lot of my miles are in 4WD. I've not had any issues and could not be more pleased with this truck. I'm certain your truck will serve you well!!!

Our trucks will be used the same! My mileage (these days) are lot lower than yours. 14K a year. Since I export 99% of my products, I don't drive as much as I used to back in the day. I still take lots of road trips - when its not growing or planting season.

Us MT guys/gals get shafted on many aspects which I find frustrating. No remote start, no proximity entry, no push button start, no 6' bed option, no app etc. Cannot even spec a double cab off road MT up here in Canada. Plus the price is no different where I live. But in the end I get to row gears so I have that going for me lol.
