It's advertised as a 2-person mat but I think this narrower size that fits my Skycamp Mini is going to be a _little_ tight with both my wife and I.

It's going to be awesome when it's just me, though. :)

Yeah I'm still in the research phase for my RTT. Trying to find something that I can mount on my DCSB and not hang over the tail-end. But still have enough room for my girlfriend and our dog. Definitely going to be a snug fit I think, but we manage on a queen size mattress at home right now until we move into our house a month or 2 from now and we get to upgrade to a Cal King. How are you liking your iKamper? I still haven't decided which brand I want to go with, I've been eyeing iKamper Skycamp Mini, Roofnest Condor, and Desert Armor Warrior.

Really enjoying it so far. It took a while to arrive... ordered in July/August and it arrived sometime in November, so I missed a lot of the good camping season, but I've still managed 10 nights in it since then. Picked up the insulation layer recently too and put it to the test in 20-something weather and it was great.

I have a DCSB and an RCI rack and it fits well. Being a hardshell and that it fits perfectly on a DCSB were major influences on going with the Mini.

Yeah I love how compact everything is on the iKamper, the other brands look like they're taller shells. Beautiful pictures by the way, where is that?

Anybody in the Front Range area (CO) who has purchased a RTT from a distributor? Pretty dead set on grabbing an iKamper Mini and was wondering if anyone had worked with a local brick and mortar shop that they'd recommend.

If the line is too long there is also SeaToSummit who makes a very comparable product. I was in the same boat back in the spring but didn't want to wait for stock to come in on the Exped. So far I have been very impressed and have yet to complain about a sore back or neck in the RTT.

It will. I’m a side sleeper too and worried about my shoulder injury sleeping on an air mattress. Wake up like I’m at home in my comfy bed.

Thanks, Good to know there's more than one option.

Also noticed they have two Expeds - a 3.9in and 6in - I didn't realize there was a 6 inch one, that's nuts but I bet that one fits once it's deflated. I'm *assuming* everyone is picking up the 3.9 inch one I only seen the 6 inch one recently after looking at them for over year.

I like your setup. I've been toying with the idea of switching to a bedrack for my Skycamp Mini. Do the newer (2.0) mounting brackets work with the rack?

I currently use the 1.0 brackets for my KB Voodoo setup and it's fine because I can easily hoist the tent (and bars) off together, but the 2.0 brackets would be nicer since they're quick to remove.

Yes, mine came with the 2.0 brackets and they work with the RCI rack crossbars.
