In other news, a new listing popped free yesterday afternoon in a neighborhood we love, went and saw it last night, made offer last night

3br townhome, 1.5 car garage, good location within the community, plenty of parking options which can be problematic if not considered. fairly original interior, but that is OK, we will make it our own over time hopefully.

 

Why is it when this is mentioned I think of someone who painted all the walls some really bright colors like pink, yellow, puke green and has a very eclectic taste in fake gold fixtures, furniture, and decorations.

they actually have already moved out and had the entire interior painted white. clean slate, good prime coat biggest "need" is flooring. Hopefully we can close feb 25, and stay in the apt through end of march, to have to time to do some things before we move in.

I had it 2 months. A total of 4 thermostats in that time and the radio only worked half the time. It was like I never owned it. I was given exactly what I paid for it.
