Buyer Beware: KTJO 4X4 Driver's Side Grab Handles w/ A Pillars, HUD, and Bowl Lights

Heard back about my refund. And in great KTJO fashion here is the response of why they are charging a restocking fee when they sent me an already damaged handle..... love the i processed the refund but.....

I have processed the refund. You claimed the handle arrived damaged. I informed you to follow the Return/Refund Policy that KTJO 4x4 offers and if in fact the handle was damaged due to manufacturing on behalf of our company we would for sure have no issues offering a full refund and cover everything. However, we would need to follow our policy and have you return the product before we could verify the refund or not based on the condition of the product. Upon our inspection of the product, I found there to be no damage or defects in the handle. Therefore, the restocking fee as mentioned in our Return/Refund Policy does apply to this order and this order is subject to the 15% restocking fee based on the total amount paid of the $165.00 leaving a Total Refund of $140.25 being returned to you. Shipping fees are non-refundable. In many cases, company's charge restocking fees for this exact reason. They apply to items returned on buyer's remorse, not exchanged due to damage or defects. All returns must be thoroughly inspected when received back at the warehouse to ensure they are in 100% resalable condition. New packaging materials usually need to be utilized which is the case here because it is designed to be used only two times (initial use and possible return shipment). Time and materials involved inspecting, repackaging and restocking all add up and I hope you understand this explanation.

Handle had some nicks around the edges. Her response to the picture i sent of it, is like oh that will be out of your eye site...

 

My bowl lights are coming in tomorrow Hopefully they come out great. I'm guessing they're probably really short staffed

Tell that bitch she advertises it as being "OEM" and that your legit OEM handle from the factory on the other side of tge truck doesnt have any knicks regardless of angle you look at it.

 

Wow, so now someone else will be shipped that same handle with "no damage or defects".
