Buyer Beware: KTJO 4X4 Driver's Side Grab Handles w/ A Pillars, HUD, and Bowl Lights

Good luck, i'm still going back and forth with her. The last response from me was because a defect/nick is out of eye site doesn't make it right and this is what she comes back with....

I make it right by all my customers if there are defects and I have proved that. Like I said in my last email, I will have to look at that again as I looked over the handle multiple times and didn’t see that. Doesn’t mean I didn’t miss something as small as that little nick.

 

She’s going to turn around and sell the damaged handles to someone else while pocketing the difference.

 

Profit machine in action. Yet, KTJO 4x4 is still holding those three handles for ransom. It must be all in fairness.

 

Would hope not, but seeing how she handles everything, i wouldn't doubt it... Poor next customer to order to receive it and then try to return and get the oh it's fine i'm charging you a restocking fee....

 

It figures that the top of the fucking handle is hard for KTJO 4x4 to locate.

As far as the cover not fitting right, mine did the same thing. I was going to go and sand around it a bit but after I used it for about a week, the cover has now started seating about like you would expect. Yours actually looks a little less stuck out than mine did. I figure after another week or two it will be sitting where it should without mods.

the newly manufactured plastics should be given time to gas out and/or settle in before mod?

 

I'm not sure what it is. I did get an email from them saying that there may be some residual plastic edging inside of the cover that may be the issue but it seems to be starting to work itself out. Much less noticeable now.

 

At KTJO 4x4, QC is wait and see.
