Awesome! Ctrl+W normally closes windows in Windows, to include all tabs in a Chrome window, a File Explorer window, etc. Ctrl+Q quits the application and can do essentially the same thing in some cases. If Ctrl+W in VFTuner could be used to close the active sub-window (open tables) but then do nothing if there are no open tables (thus preventing someone from pressing Ctrl+W quickly and accidentally pressing it one time too many) that'd be fantastic. Maybe also add Ctrl+Shift+W to close all active sub-windows instead of one at a time.

I agree that changes are needed, but also think OVTUNE should not take out his frustration on the novice tuners wanting to learn more about using VFTUNER and the ambiguous tables due to a select few individuals that have pirated software and his company logo. I think there are two groups of people that will use VFTUNER. One group of power users will be capable of modifying all tables similar to OVTUNE (like other professional tuning services), and there is a second larger group just wanting to tailor OVTUNE’s ready made tunes to suit their particular needs. I fall into the second group and look forward to hopefully getting the 2.0 final performance tune that was previously released (with stumble start) to be re-released without the stumble start. Then, in VFTUNER we can adjust for more or less tip-I’m and have it upshift either quicker or slower to suit everyone’s tastes. I have tuned other vehicles in the past including 5.0 Mustangs, Pontiac Grand Prix GTPs and Subaru Forester XTs, and many other vehicles have extensive books detailing specific EFI systems and CPUs. I have not found similar resources for the 3rd Gen Toyota Tacoma, but I am definitely eager to learn more. We will all be better off learning how to work together and not all taking pot-shots at each other. I also think patience is needed for all parties involved. Everything is harder in this COVID era and stress levels are higher than normal for most people. I appreciate the help from OVTUNE and members of the forum. Sorry for the rant.

Nobody is allowed or authorized to resell our software license package. So there is definitely some confusion from that image.
They are also not a pro tuner either. But they may be selling their own tunes.
using our software package image is a problem though.

Why do you continue to post garbage like this? Surely you're not talking about us.

I am not taking my frustrations out on any novice tuners. The people who I am talking about know who they are. They are nothing more than trolls. They are in this thread.

We've shared a disagreement or two but I certainly hope I'm not being considered a troll... I'm just trying to understand what exactly it is I purchased and how to best utilize it. I do feel you come across rather snarky, and I generally don't take that well. However, I again, just want to learn, and best utilize my investment.

You continually make side comments about "having to upgrade to pro"
you just posted a clown in this thread
and you seem to get very upset when things aren't answered the way you want.
you make side comments about "comprehensive"

    etc

Do you really want to learn and utilize it better? or you just want to be funny on here? hard to tell.

I am happy to help anyone and the whole goal is to improve everything, continually.
But you can't just continually post whatever troll like comments AND expect to be treated the way you want.

I'm not here to "get" at anyone. The more people using our software, expanding, collaborating, building better tacomas is what I want. And I want everyone to succeed. I am simply asking for understanding on why things haven't happened yet (like webinars) WITHOUT all the unnecessary snarky posts.

I mean just look at Vladys post. This guy tells people I tell him to pound sand? (lie) Talks for me about not being interested in tacomas (lie) AND requires that I also answer his questions when it comes to throttle control?

    it's just totally unnecessary.

Also, it is something you should think about too (unrelated but not necessary to repost) it's *entirely* possible all these guys selling files out there for 75,100,200 are selling YOUR files that you made.

    @OVTune
Is there any way I could get this tune in a vft file? I will pay$$
It is not working backwards with this one. It has map switching. Gearlock in S mode, performance in ECT, tow mode is ECT+S mode.
I just want to fix the stumble start and increase the throttle.
    Please!

I would have to first figure out what files this is exactly, the naming and +++++ doesn't really match anything I've made? what was the original name

It was one that you put out on May 17, 2020. The “stumble start” 2.0 final. It is your naming. I didn’t change anything.

No I cannot convert it, few reasons. Some things in those were converted via code, not tables, so it can't be tuned out, you won't have any access to the additional tables, and I don't want any bugged version VFT files floating around.

If you want to know what a specific tables values were, I can do that.

I just like that it has the different maps. Gearlock without giving up ECT. It shifts pretty damn good too. And it has Cruise Control working like it should. It would be a great 2.0 final with a little more throttle and no stumble start.
