0-60 For TRD Supercharger?

Does anyone know the 0-60 time for a Crew Cab 4x4 Taco with factory TRD supercharger? Thx.

 

mine was approx 8 seconds with stop watch...

 

So half a second slower than stock...nice

No way! Stock Taco + S/C @ 5.5?

This guy tested a 4x4 long bed automatic S/C and got 6.6 sec.

The 350Z I had could do a 5.5 0-60 according to the mags. I never verified it but the Z was definitely quicker than the S/C Taco, so the 6.6 sounds more right to me.

 

Let's ask SuperWerty if your old 350Z was quicker than his S/C Taco..

well i'd have to say 5.5 more you also have an intake in combination with the stock lower weight tires & rims. If you have heavier aftermarket 32's and the stock intake with the blower and per say running like 91-92 gas than in the 6.6's

 

Yes it is very possible to run in the 5s range with the right traction. Don't underestimate they are fricken quick. I have a 2010 supercharged tundra in the family 504 hp at the crank and superwerty is runin neck and neck with it. At the track it runs almost a 13 flat

 

Nick, two questions. With those mods do you have any idea how much power they yielded over stock? And how were you launching the truck? Looks like you have the 6 speed from looking at the tac and the way the RPM's act.

 

It is an automatic. I'm just holding the rpm right below the point of where the wheels would start to spin.

I don't have power numbers but I'd assume around ~270hp, ~210whp.

I've since added some headers and those made sure a bit faster. Still haven't gotten on a dyno though.

Do you know what you ran with just the supercharger and exhaust before all the goodies?

 

I would say there is going to be a full second or more difference from say a base, V6, PreRunner, short box (Or base Access Cab V6) .V6 a fully loaded Limited, Long Bed, 4x4 etc.. ... Same for Auto .V6 manual, My bet is the Auto is probably quicker.

 

I would be curious to see what 0-60 and 1/4 mile times are for an S/Ced X-Runner.
They are a tad bit lighter then the 6 lug trucks.

 

The 4x4 double cab AT is almost 450 pds heavier than the X runner. On my truck with the ARB bumper and the AllPro IFS + Trans + transfer skid it's probably something like 800 more. So if some one want compare apple to apple, put 800 pds in the bed of the x-runner and we'll see. If you're adding larger tire it's even worst.
