Good morning, gym is done, biscuit is done, nap is scheduled. Thinking about some .25 aluminum for rear door of the topper shell thing. I need some flat bar anyhow so a trip into the big city may happen. Film at 11.

I debated whether to walk today. I usually do but it was rather brisk and I guess I am getting soft in my old age. I thought about my health and then bundled up the little dog and ventured out. We did about 1 1/2 miles. It wasn't as bad as thought it would be. The sun came out and when the wind didn't blow it was downright pleasant. The grandson was in school today. He now goes 2 days per week. I usually make him walk with me but with him at school I would have to wait until late afternoon. At any rate he actually has phys. ed. for the next 12 weeks. He said they had him run inside the gym today, so he got some exercise too.

    Tgif. Afternoon all

How do I, without killing power to the whole house, figure out which breaker controls my smoke detectors?

Well right off the bat, it’s only going to be a single pole breaker. If you have both 15A and 20A, I’d venture they’d be most likely on a 15A circuit. Other than flipping each one individually at a time, I’m not sure how else you’d find the breaker without a specialized signal generator. I guess this is best left to our resident electrician - @MoneyMan55

Depending on how they are wired, might be more than one circuit. Which ever room with a detector closest to panel probably feeds them. Get yourself a no contact tester, pull the smoke head, place tester close to hot wire and start flipping breakers off. You will find the circuit.

@ImpulseRed008 Supply wiring depends on if heads are wired together, meaning if one goes in alarm, all heads ring. This is code in my area, probably your's as well. All heads would be on the same circuit. If Harry Homeowner wired heads they probably are tapped off nearest recpt, meaning multiple circuits feeding different heads.

oooh, that's a NICE one!

oh, even better! The wood blocks crushing the bedsides with the weight of the camper is a nice touch. Haven't seen that before. The bungee cord really finishes off the whole look though.

Shitty campers are kinda me and Andy's inside joke. This one was abandoned along the highway while he was visiting last winter. We both had a good laugh about it
