This particular lady happened to be from a very well off old-money family and her mathematics degree would end up being very profitable for the family business. My brother on the other hand, detested the endeavor and is currently embedded in academia. Destined to teach engineers calculus forever... it upsets me, really.

Star Trader? Not to be confused with any number of other games with similar names.

Put money in. Diversify. Let it sit.

People get into trouble when they try and beat the system or pull out at the first blip. You gotta be in for the ride. It’s all about consistency.

When you are younger / have more years to invest, you can take on more risk. As you get older you want more stability.

He might surprise you lol. He is dedicated to making sure people learn what they are supposed to, regardless of their intentions.

I come from a family of passionate educators and academics. I also happen to be engaged to one. I value quality and purposeful education greatly, regardless of my own ability to capitalize on it.

    That certainly improves things.

Having been one of those engineers going through calculus, my initial reactions have been mildly soured

New lower ball joints, new outer tie rods! Ready for lift!
Anyone know of a good place to get an alignment? If not, I’ll go to TOYOTA.
    Thanks!

Yay, another first gen. Was beginning to think I was the only sane one.

No idea on the alignment, haven't needed one yet.

Glad you're watching, I counted two but thought it was too good to be true.

every time he posts in here I make a big deal about the fact that there's two first gens.

because my entire life revolves around finding a first gen that isn't owned by some sap in Nebraska.

    Morning, KCTW. :pccoffee:

I think most of us go to Firestone. I usually hit up the one on KS Ave, but I'm all for finding an alternate one. I think you just need to tell them what you expect from your truck for the lift.

Adams TOYOTA is 7 minutes away from me and they’re doing it for $99. But I do see how Firestone can do lifetime alignments for a little more is a no brainer. Since I am all stock right now, Adams should be fine.
