Something I googled .

 

I added diced onion to the sauce / glaze also

 

What gets me is the number of recipes calling for cornstarch as a thickener.

You would think they would actual try to learn the proportions needed to create the desired thickness or adjust with flour.

It does look good, though.

Yea ,that’s the first I used cornstarch in a long time . I think it makes the sauce more of a glaze . Really sticky not like a gravy .
