Hi- cool install :). Been thinking about buying the TRD exhaust also. May I ask how much you paid and where you purchased it from? Thanks

Here’s a view of mine for reference, frame was bent. I don’t think yours looks as bad. Hoping the best for you!

As others have said, the u bolts should close all the gaps. The center pin is basically there to keep your leafs lined up and tight ish until you can get the u bolts back on. I didn't torque mine super tight. Can't remember if I did or not, but you can probably tighten it back up after the u bolts remove the slack. Remember to tighten the u bolts progressively and evenly.

Edit: I'm dumb, you cant tighten it afterwards because the bump stop will cover it.

Got my bed cover installed today. Only took 1.5 months to arrive from RealTruck. Thanks @keoniboy70 for answering my questions about the cover.

Isn't the hitch bolted to the frame? If it is then no doubt the frame is toast.

Thanks and yeah no problem $660 for the exhaust $358 for the intake. I buy all my oem parts from Mike Calvert Toyota, best prices I’ve seen.

Thanks for sharing. The shipping cost is huge for me. $257 for the exhaust alone.

Looks like I’ll have to try and source directly from a local dealership. My local parts dealer’s never seem to be able to discount anything though.

I had the same issue, after I saw the prices I asked my local dealer to work with me and they did drop the price considerably but it was still cheaper to drive 2 hrs to Houston. They can negotiate but they won’t budge unless you show them something cheaper.
