    Vehicle:
2021 Tacoma SR5 DblCab Long Bed, Cement
    2021 Tacoma SR5 v6 4x4 double cab, long bed - $35,805
    floor mats+door sills - $248 (wanted these)
mud gaurds - $129 (didnt need but dont mind)
5in black oval tube steps - $469 (didnt want but agreed to take with them since this was the soonest one I could get, kinda like them now that im seeing them)
Lock lug nuts - $80 (didnt want, and made them take off and put regular lugs on, still got charged for them though)
16" Black alloy rims - $0.00 (surprised these are a free option, look a lot better in my opinion)
50-state emission - $0.00 (dont care about this, dont live in cali)
    delivery processing/handling - $1,175

Total MSRP with options and delivery/handling = $37,906
Toyota extended platinum plus warranty coverage = $2140
Toyota safeguard wheel whatever coverage = $1610 (I pop/puncture a tire about once a quarter, this should hopefully pay for itself... but may not, may cancel it)

    Total = $41,656 OOF!

    Got:
    $1000 cash rebate
~$1600 back from previous 2014 cpo tacoma extended warranty balance

    So total cost including warranty(s)+coverage(s) minus rebates/credits = $39,056

    Additionally got:
4 lug nuts to replace wheel lock nuts
    60 month @ 2% financing

I feel like they kinda boned me on my trade (2014 tacoma).... but these trucks are in high demand (as evident by waiting months for one), and it was the one I wanted, so they kinda had me by the balls. Overall ok with the deal, slightly higher than I had hoped but oh well.

Well the previous deal I shared voluntarily fell through after I was told the truck wouldn't arrive until late February (after being told this week at the latest). However, this worked out as my new deal was even better...but I had to drive 700 miles round trip.

2021 OR DCSB in Army Green
    V6 4x4
    LEDs ($485)
    All weather mats (248?)

    MSRP: $39,188
    OTD: $35,375
Trade: $25400, got 22k and 21k from CarMax and Carvana, use these as the lowest end and lower end of KBB private party as a great deal

Comes out to 9% off MSRP, bettering my previous deal by 0.8%. All I did was constantly check inventory within a 500mi radius and actually found a lot of good deals IF you can catch it early enough before all the superfluous stuff like predators tubes and $600 tint...(in my opinion haha to each their own). I simply took my best local offers and said if you best this I'll be willing to drive super far and guarantee you a painless, quick sale.

Good luck everyone! There are deals to be had, just be patient and diligent. If you put in the time you will get a good deal.

Do you have a break down of what they were charging as base price / packaages / and accessories? That $51.5 as an MSRP seems high.

I mean, there are some cool mods/accessories, but $60K for a Tacoma. There was a pretty well stocked Pro here in Orlando going for $50K, which I thought was high.

Yeah that's crazy! I'm trying to get one myself, almost got one for $52k but that was too rich for my blood! Lucky for me I found a dealer giving me a good price, but it's taking time. Crazy thing is they can ask for a price like that and they'll probably get it!

I get $46k for that truck without the dealer add on. Not sure what preferred owner package is

that’s an out the door price on all of the items they listed on the window sticker. Also they marked up a few things to stupid levels if you ask me. Tint and door edge was listed as $857 and the tailgate insert which is a $99 part was listed as $199. Must charge $100 to install those individual letters! Everything else matched exactly to the MSRP prices on Toyotas site.

Don't take this the wrong way because $44k for that with those extras is a good deal in today's market. I would have taken it. But I suspect the true MSRP was more like ~$47k'ish and they marked it up to $51.5k.

Not offending me at all. I feel we were blessed at the out the door price we got. Not sure how some states are but here in AZ plates are stupid!

Window sticker was $45680.00 prior to dealer add ons which were $1855 getting to $46,535. Now the final fees to get out the door. Doc fee $498, Taxes $3862.41 and plates $677.58. Grand total of $51,572.99 out the door.

again this is what they were asking without any negotiation out the door.

First dealer I went to didn't have the truck I wanted in the color I wanted so I was negotiating for them to find me one. The ones they did offer me weren't in the color I wanted (wanted red or blue - they offered grey or black) and really didn't get too far into the price of the new truck. Seemed as though they didn't want to look for a truck for me until I agreed on a trade in price which of course I wouldn't. Plus, they low-balled me by like $3000 for my trade. I told them take a hike and I left. I did my homework on my trade and knew what it was worth. I also knew that if you get anywhere from $1000 to $2000 off the new truck from them you were doing ok.

The next day I found another dealer with a truck that I would be interested in buying (was red with adv. technology package and TRD Premium Package and I think MSRP was like $44,700) and called to inquire about it but also said I'd rather the same thing in blue and would be more interested in that. They said they would try to find me one.

The first dealer called me back the next day. I told them they gave me a pretty bad trade in value but more importantly we never even got to talk about finding me something that I would be interested in buying and what could they do for me on that. I figure the price of the new vehicle should be agreed on first, but since they didn't have one they could at least find me some options. I told them I wasn't willing to commit on a trade in until I got some ballpark price for a new vehicle. I say ballpark because I realize that without having the vehicle there, or at least a truck that can be acquired in a day or two, its all speculation. The salesman said she would talk with the sales manager again and call me back.

The next day after that the first dealer texted me saying they weren't going to offer me any more for my trade and if I was interested they would find me a truck. Again I told them take a hike.

Called the second dealer that had the red truck and busted them for a blue one. They couldn't find one for me and came down to $43000 for the red truck they had on the lot, and offered me $4000 more for my trade than the other dealer. I didn't even have to bust them or give them a hard time at all.

Post pics. Deals are excellent, when seller and buyer are happy. You are happy - that all that matters. Your truck and mine (coming monday) has exact same MSRP it seems
