Street corner sign dudes

you all have seen dudes that stand on street corners holding up signs, but there are these 2 dudes on who are always on the corners of sheridan and 120th (for those of you near Broomfield, CO), who seriously get their groove on. people honk and cheer for these guys and give them thumbs up because they make the sign holding job an art form.

since its been so cold lately, they havent been rocking out as hard as they did in the summer, but you get the idea here.

I think our people out here are better though. Well, are funnier. We got people dancing like they are in a club. Some do the douggie and the jerk.

 

Glad to see their education has paid off for them.... Bet they go home after a hard days work and play video games. Life is to short to waste!

I saw a sign guy up in espanola NM (the armpit of NM) holding his sign upside down and had no idea he was doing it.

 

Reminds me of Jay and Silent Bob.

 

i see them ALOT in the summer around here..One dude finally got smart, and tied the sign to the pole, and was sleeping in his car in the parking lot behind it.

Not going to lie, but that makes the company almost seem unprofessional in a way. Wonder if they know these guys are rockin out holding the company sign?

 

It's good marketing. Something new to get your attention. Which sign stands out from the sea of other signs on the road? Which signs get talked about on forums?

a lot of those guys aren't necessarily employees of the company's sign they are holding...friend of mine worked for an agency that provided people to do that (usually homes for sale and such)...he made $10/hr doing it, which didn't seem bad for a high school student
